How to change nsroot password for Citrix ADC
You need to change the nsroot password for Citrix ADC. This assumes you already know the current nsroot password.
Solution
Section titled “Solution”Option 1: Citrix ADC GUI
Section titled “Option 1: Citrix ADC GUI”- In the Citrix ADC GUI, logon as an system administrator user.
- Expand System>User Administration.
- Go to Users.
- Right click on nsroot and Change Password.
Option 2: Citrix ADC CLI
Section titled “Option 2: Citrix ADC CLI”Enter the following command:
set system user nsroot passwordThe new password for user nsroot will be the one you enter just after nsroot in the command.
